Accounts Officer
Our client an International Pharmaceutical leader is looking for an accounts officer to join their small team in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Handling posting of invoices, expense reports and receipts
- Supporting in general bookkeeping duties
- Preparing regular intercompany reconciliations
- Maintaining mutual e-mail boxes
- Posting general ledgers
- Reconciliations
- VAT reports
- Financial reports
- Other ad hoc accounting tasks
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting role
- Experience in using SAP software will be considered an asset
- Be fluent in English
- Possess an A’ level standard in Accounting
