Our client is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their small team
Accurate recording of financial transactions
Monthly reconciliation of accounts.
Timely issuance of invoices and monitoring/follow-up on customer payments.
Processing vendor invoices, managing payment runs, and reconciliation.
Monthly bank reconciliation for accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
Assisting in the preparation of payroll
Skill-sets and Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role
Proficient in excel
Honest, reliable and hardworking and capable of working within a team
Fluent in the Maltese and English language
Education & Experience
At least 'A' Level in Accounts
