Accounts Officer

Our client is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their small team 

Responsible:

• Accurate recording of financial transactions
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts.
• Timely issuance of invoices and monitoring/follow-up on customer payments.
• Processing vendor invoices, managing payment runs, and reconciliation.
• Monthly bank reconciliation for accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.
• Assisting in the preparation of payroll

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficient in excel
• Honest, reliable and hardworking and capable of working within a team
• Fluent in the Maltese and English language

• At least 'A' Level in Accounts
