Accounts Officer

Our client within the leasing industry is looking for an Accounts Officer to join their small team

Responsibilities: 

• Postings, incoming and outgoing of all companies
• Issuing of the monthly payment run.
• Monthly bank reconciliation and importation
• Keeping costings on various active projects and managing tenders
• Leasing with auditors to keep all accounts in order
• Entering of stock and over seeing it’s upkeep
• Issuing of invoices
• Handling the shipping of stock
• Following up with Debtors.
• Understanding the company’s business and assisting where necessary and possible.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Hands on and with a can do attitude

• 'A' Level in Accounts
