Accounts Officer

Our client within the Retail Industry is currently looking for an Accounts Officer to join their team:

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, duties include:

• Posting of supplier invoices
• Performing bank transfers and reconciliations
• Debtor chasing
• Conducting payroll using Indigo Shireburn
• Answering emails and payment-related queries from clients
• Checking and updating company's cash flow
• Taking care of general administration 
• Assist the finance department in other ad hoc duties as required

• Minimum of 3 years experience within accounts
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and Shireburn system are considered an asset

• Minimum of O' Level in Accounts
