Accounts Executive (South of Malta)

Our Client an international CSP is seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive ( South of Malta) as a new addition to their team

Duties: 

• Keeping the books of account of companies of international clients up to Trial Balance stage
• Preparing bank reconciliation
• Preparing and filing VAT returns
• Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and other reports
• Preparing payments instructions to pay suppliers on behalf of the clients’ companies
• Acting as a point of contact for clients, shareholders, advisors and other interested parties
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Other day to day tasks required

• 1 year experience in a CSP would be ideal

• 'A' level in Accountancy or initial stages of ACCA
