We are looking for an analytical and highly diligent Accounts Executive with a specific focus on Payroll to join our growing team at Payroll Malta. You will be reporting directly to the Payroll Services Manager and your duties will include:
- Payroll calculations for a portfolio of clients
- Migrations and parallel runs
- Adhoc Reporting
- Jobsplus Management
- Leave Management
- Time & Attendance
- Issuing invoices
- Processing Salary Payments
- Processing FS5 Payments
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and written and spoken English
- An A’ Level standard of education
- Knowledge of payroll software, mainly Shireburn or Talexio, as well as strong knowledge in Maltese employment law will be considered an asset
- Professional proficiency in excel is a must
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Administration, Accounts or Payroll is required
