MFF Limited is a leading aquaculture operating fish farms in Malta. MCP Car Park operates one of the largest parking facilities in Floriana, serving thousands of customers daily. Both businesses are part of the ECBON Group, a well-established Maltese business group.

About the Role:

We are seeking to grow and strengthen our finance team and are now looking for an Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team of professionals. Main duties will include:

• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices, matching them against purchase orders as necessary.

• Process payments in accounting system / ERP.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payables transactions in the accounting system.

• Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations. 

• Following up on pending purchase orders.

• Updating fixed asset register.

• Assisting in the End-of-Month and End-of-Year processes.

• Collaborating with other departments to support the general operation. 

• Assisting with other ad hoc reporting as needed.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment. A formal qualification in accounts would be considered an asset. 

• Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English and ideally Maltese. 

• Having a good eye for detail as well as being an efficient and collaborative team player.  

• Having the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
