Accounts Executive

Our Client, a boutique accounting firm who is dedicated to provide exceptional services to a diverse portfolio of clients, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their growing team of professionals. The client prides themselves in delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring compliance, fostering the clients’ business growth, and building meaningful partnerships. 

Duties include: 

• assisting in preparing and submitting VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• assist in computing and file tax returns
• assisting in administering payroll for clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing while managing payroll-related queries.
• Handling posting of clients' invoices 
• Handling bank reconciliations 
• Assisting with duties up to trial balance 
• Assisting with auditors queries 
• Communicate with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) as required, ensuring timely submission of statutory filings and other submissions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional client service, addressing any queries and offering support as needed.

• Proven experience within a similar role within the accounting industry
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Maltese
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients effectively

• Ideally in possession of a Diploma in Accounts or early stages of ACCA . Candidates must hold an A Level in Accounts
