Accounts Executive

Position Description

Kencar Group of Companies is seeking a technically sound person to fill the position of an Accounts Executive to join a young growing team on a full-time basis.

Department: Accounts Department

Title: Accounts Executive

Primary Purpose:

The main aim of the Accounts Executive is to provide administrative support to the Accounts Department.

Main Duties (KPIs):

• Recording transactions such as purchase invoices, sales invoices, payment and receipts into the Company’s Accounting system;
• Preparing payroll data and performing the necessary checks on time sheets;
• Preparing bank deposits and general ledger postings;
• Providing accounting and clerical support to the Accounting department.

Requisites:

• Proficiency in commonly-used general and accounting software packages, including spreadsheet and word processing software;
• Ability to collaborate with others, but also independently when required;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent orgtanisational and administration skills.
