Dino Fino Operations Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:

The ideal candidate should be ready to join our young and energetic finance team which values collaboration and teamwork. You will be closely working with the Senior Finance Manager, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and valuable hands-on experience.

  • Assisting with the upkeep of the company's books of accounts.
  • Creditor’s management includes reconciling supplier statements and issuing payments.
  • Actively involved in the group’s overall billing function.
  • Assisting in debtors’ management includes chasing.
  • Issuing customer’s receipts and processing cash.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients and suppliers.
  • Preparation of various computations to assist in the preparation of the management accounts and other financial reports.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Other general duties as assigned by the Senior Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a minimum of an A’ level standard of education and ideally be working towards attaining a finance qualification 
  • Prior work experience is a MUST. 
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook 
  • The ability to plan ahead of time, stay organized, and meet deadlines 
  • Have the correct mindset, the ability to operate in a team, and the ability to communicate with other departments 
  • Have the ability to take your own initiative.

Dino Fino, who has over 24 years of expertise in the furniture industry, leads the Dino Fino Team. The firm is divided into two primary divisions: the “Home Division” and the “Contracts Division”, both of which are dedicated to bringing out the best in every client's area or place. The “Home Division” specializes in home furnishings, whereas the “Contracts Division” specializes in custom-made furniture, office furniture, and other relevant business-to-business sales. It mostly serves the mid to upper-end local market and represents over 30 different luxury furniture suppliers.

The company currently employs 35 people and is looking for new talent to join its expanding operations.
