AFS Ltd in Malta, are looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Entering data and posting invoices
- Handling and preparing bank deposits
- Handling payroll data which includes checking of timesheets, and assisting in adjustments
- Supporting the day-to-day financial duties.
- Assisting group Head of Finance in delegated duties.
Skill-sets and Requirements:
- 5 years of work experience.
- Previous local experience will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in Word and Excel.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in the English language and knowledge of Hebrew will be considered an asset.
- Time management skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
