AFS Ltd in Malta, are looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Entering data and posting invoices
Handling and preparing bank deposits
Handling payroll data which includes checking of timesheets, and assisting in adjustments
Supporting the day-to-day financial duties.
Assisting group Head of Finance in delegated duties.
Skill-sets and Requirements:
5 years of work experience.
Previous local experience will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in Word and Excel.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Fluency in the English language and knowledge of Hebrew will be considered an asset.
Time management skills.
Customer-centric approach.
