Accounts Executive

Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of invoices and chasing of debtors
• Dealing with suppliers and making bank payment to suppliers
• Data entry, book-keeping and posting of invoices, updating of ledgers and accounts up to trial balance stage
• Drafting of budgets and management accounts
• Bank reconciliations and accounts reconciliations
• Preparation of VAT Returns
• Preparation of payroll and FSS documents

• Previous experience within an accounting role
• Previous experience within payroll would be considered an asset
