Our client is a multi-disciplinary organisation specialising in Construction, Hospitality, and Development in Malta. Due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, an Accounts Executive is now required.
Responsibilities within this role will include but not be limited to:
- Prepares and sends invoices to clients.
- Maintaining accounting documents and records
- Performs Bank Account reconciliations and posts correcting entries that were necessary.
- In charge of creditors' postings in the general ledger.
- Supports the Accounts team
- Issue payment
- Assisting in month-end and year-end processes.
Requirements:
- A Level in Accounting; candidates in process of obtaining an ACCA qualification will be given preference
- 1 year of experience in a similar role and the ability to speak fluent Maltese and English.
