Our Client is looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
Collecting and checking of all supporting documentation.
Preparing and issuing invoices in a timely.
Inputting of clients' payments and reconciling debtor statements.
Chasing debtors and reconciling client statements.
Liasing with the company's auditors during audits.
Preparing periodical or ad hoc reports if requested
Performing general office duties
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of local experience in the accounting field
Fleuncy in English. Knowledge of the Maltese language will be considered as an asset
Ability to take initiative
Must Possess a driving License
Education and Experience
MQF Level 3 Accounts qualification
