Qawra Palace Resort And SPA in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team with reduced hours/part-time (mornings).

Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and checking creditor invoices
  • Posting of invoices and stock transfers in the accounting software
  • Assisting with monthly stock takes
  • Carrying out end-of-month stock closing processes
  • Compile and assess reports as necessary
  • Ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are maintained at all times.

Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Sage software will be considered an asset but not essential
  • Preferably with previous experience in an accounts department 
  • Meticulous and highly organised.
*Eligibility to work in the EU is a must.
