AX The Palace in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team part-time (reduced hours).
Job Role:
AX Hotels-Sliema properties are looking for a highly motivated, meticulous and responsible team player to join their growing team. This position will be on reduced hours, up to 25 hours weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Posting of invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Cashiering
- Maintaining accounting documents and records
- General Ledger postings
- Performing any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the finance department.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of education in Accounting
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Experience in a hotel is considered an asset
- Can-do approach and willing to learn and grow
- Highly motivated with good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills.
