Accounts Clerk ( Part time/Reduced)

A manufacturing company is currently on the lookout for an Accounts Clerk to join their team on Full time, Reduced or Part time basis. 

Duties include: 

• Posting of invoices 
• Assisting in procurement duties
• Cross reference delivery notes with payment issued
• Coordinate timesheets for subcontracted employees
• Organising of files
• Assisting in the preparation of payroll

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar field
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills both in English and Maltese

• A-Level standard of education
