Accounts Clerk, Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accurate data entry
• Support with bank reconciliation processes
• Handle and process incoming invoices efficiently
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable
• Assist the Finance Manager in preparing financial records and documentation for external audits and accountants
• Maintain well-organized paper and digital financial files to ensure easy access and audit readiness
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Finance function as required

• At least 1 year experience with Accounts
