Mercury Towers Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.


As part of the pre-opening team, the Accounts Clerk is an integral position responsible for handling part of the financial processes of the organization including helping with financial policies, helping with budgets, etc. 


  • Entering invoice data
  • Payment run
  • Posting of Journal entries
  • Reconciliations
  • Overseeing the purchase order system
  • Handling financial administrative tasks 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
