Our client, operating within the hospitality industry is seeking to recruit an Accounts & Billing Officer to join their Finance team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Processing of invoices, commissions and managing receipts
- Issuing monthly statements and allocating of payments
- Carrying out monthly reconciliations
- Posting of transactions and allocating funds accordingly
- Managing payments for group bookings
- Any other duty which may be required from time to time
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
- Hold excellent intrapersonal skills
- Candidates holding experience in hospitality will be given preference
- A minimum A level in Accounts
- Daily lunch
