Accounts Associate

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Associate to support our accounting team in providing bookkeeping and payroll services to a diverse client base, ranging from self-employed individuals to small and medium-sized companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for a variety of clients
• Process and assist with payroll services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines
• Input and process financial documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate with clients regarding deadlines, required documentation, and follow-ups
• Complete bank reconciliations and assist with client accounting tasks
• Maintain organized financial records and payroll records
• Provide general administrative and accounting support as required

Requirements:

• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
