Alpine Holdings is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant who is keen to learn and is a highly motivated person.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
• Posting transactions and maintaining accounting records.
• General administration of bank accounts, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Assisting with daily administrative tasks and executing other ad-hoc requests.
• Assistance in the payroll process.
• Assist in the preparation of reporting, management accounts, budgets, and other financial reports.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of local experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to high quality, detail, and accuracy.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Shireburn & XERO knowledge would be considered an Asset.
This role would suit a person with the ability to work independently, without much supervision, who is able to prioritize work effectively.
