Valletta Legal in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Valletta Legal, a law firm situated in Valletta, is seeking to recruit a candidate who shall provide support to our in-house accounts manager.
The duties of the Accounts Assistant shall be the undertaking of clerical tasks, such as book-keeping, filing, and handling phone calls and mail. Other duties will include data entry, bank reconciliations, preparation of VAT returns, processing payments, and controlling credit and debt collection. Should it be required, the selected candidate may also be requested to assist in office administration duties.
Candidates are required to have a moderate level of education in accounts and have experience with using Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Sage, Shireburn, etc. Knowledge of Maltese is deemed to be an asset.
