Our client is looking for an Accounts and Administrator Assistant to join their team. The responsibilities include:
- Internal bookkeeping
- Issuing of invoices
- Performing bank account and supplier reconciliations
- Monitoring payments
- Debtor chasing
- Assisting the Financial Controller with accounting and clerical support
- Occasional reception duties
- Any other ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Minimum Accounts A'Level
