Accounts and Administrative Executive

Construct Furniture in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts and Administrative Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as an Accounts and Administrative Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, and providing administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Assist in the preparation of documents for audits and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
