Accounts Administrator

AIM Enterprises Ltd is a leading company in the automation sector which has built an impeccable reputation for specializing in solutions for the industry, from engineered systems to standard components. 

We are now looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our team on reduced hour basis (25 - 30 hours per week)!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cash boxes and invoices from the sales team and post on a daily basis. 
• Process client invoices and send them out to clients.  
• Monitor customers’ accounts and payments, as well as chasing debtors for dues.
• Posting all purchases and reconciling with cash books and bank accounts.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers. 
• Manage inbox and respond in a timely manner. 
• Work in line of company processes and procedures, adhering and maintaining file management systems. 
• Respond to customer queries related to accounts. 
• Administrative and clerical duties as directed by the Management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Must have excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
• Highly organised and has great attention to detail. 
• Experienced using accounting systems, preferably Sage Evolution
• Ability to work on own initiative
• A friendly and engaging personality and must be a good team player.  
• Possess assertiveness for debt chasing. 
• Proficient in MS Office 

The role requires an on-site presence Monday to Friday.
