A Boutique CSP is currently on the lookout for a junior Accounts Administrator to assist the accounting team
Duties include:
- Supporting the Accounting Team with various day-to-day administrative tasks;
- Assisting with the ongoing administration of the bank accounts including liaising with the banks and clients on transactions;
- Managing and preparing the necessary documentation to comply with statutory, legal, corporate, secretarial, and administrative procedures;
- Organizing physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents when needed
- Undertaking other duties from time to time as may be agreed with the Head of Accounting.
- At least 1-year proven work experience within a financial services environment
- High standard of written and spoken business English
- A diploma level of education in a field related with the financial services industry
