Accounting Team Leader

Our client is seeking to recruit for an Accounting Team Leader to join our team.

Duties include: 

• Assist the accounting leader with managing a portfolio of clients across various industries.
• Develop positive and professional relationships with clients. 
• Act as the point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and feedback, demonstrating responsiveness and attentiveness to their needs.
• Supervision and coaching of the team.
• Review of deliverables to clients, including management accounts, accountancy files for audits, VAT returns and payroll runs.
• Planning of client portfolio, prioritisation and delegation to the rest of the team.
• Encourage open communication, collaboration and teamwork among team members.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant.
• Minimum of 3 years of local experience in a similar role.
• Sound knowledge of relevant VAT and payroll legislation.
• Applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
