Accounting & Compliance Professionals (All Levels)

We are currently supporting a leading professional services firm in the search for Accounting & Compliance professionals across multiple levels, from Assistant through to Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintaining accounting records and posting transactions
• Preparing management accounts, budgets, and financial reports
• Preparing financial statements in line with IFRS and/or GAPSME
• Supporting clients with statutory and regulatory compliance requirements
• Assisting with administrative and operational finance tasks
• Handling bank reconciliations and general account administration
• Liaising with auditors and supporting audit processes
• Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact (senior levels)
• Planning and coordinating engagements, timelines, and deliverables (senior/manager levels)
• Reviewing work and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met (senior/manager levels)
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members (senior/manager levels)
• Identifying process improvements and supporting the use of technology
• Contributing to business development and client relationship growth (manager level)

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or GAPSME
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in a corporate services or audit environment is an asset

Education and Experience

• Manager level: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience
• Senior level: Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent) and/or nearing completion of ACCA
• Assistant level: A’Level standard of education; currently pursuing ACCA or equivalent
