The Mill Adventure in Malta is a start-up and is looking to recruit an Accountant to join their team on a full-time basis, forming part of the finance team. The selected candidate will be independent, knowledgeable in accounting, detailed oriented, and passionate about numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliations of bank accounts and PSP
- Cross-company month-end reconciliation of financial data from various sources
- Book-keeping for companies within the Group
- Issuing invoices and monitoring accounts payable
- Support the finance team with day-to-day tasks
- Liaising with financial authorities, banks, and third-party organizations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in relevant accountancy roles,
- Experience reconciling PSP and bank accounts
- Previous experience in iGaming may be considered an asset
- Is a qualified accountant or in the final stages of achieving ACCA/Bachelor in Accountancy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of inter-company accounting
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Good planning skills and a positive mindset.
