The Opportunity

Notey is seeking an experienced Project / Site Manager to help coordinate, execute, and scale strategic initiatives across the company.

This individual will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Education, Operations, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution
• Own and manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability structures.
• Monitor progress across teams and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives and operational priorities.

Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Design, Education, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities.
• Lead recurring project meetings, status updates, and execution reviews.

Operational Management
• Develop and maintain internal processes that improve organizational efficiency.
• Support resource planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, and operational workflows.
• Manage documentation, reporting systems, project trackers, and execution dashboards.

Qualifications

Required
• 3–7 years of project management, operations management, program management, or similar experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, Linear, Notion, Airtable, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred
• Experience in SaaS, EdTech, Gaming, AI, Technology, or Startup environments.
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications are a plus.

Base Salary: As indicated
Equity Participation: Optional based on experience
