IT Project Coordinator

A leader in the retail industry is looking to employ an IT Project Coordinator. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is what will get you ahead. 

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead IT Projects: Manage system implementations, upgrades, deployments, and migrations from start to finish.
• Plan Lifecycles: Define project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets. Allocate personnel and equipment resources.
• Track & Mitigate: Identify project risks and dependencies. Monitor progress and provide clear health reports to stakeholders.

Leadership & Coordination

• Central Focal Point: Act as the single contact for cross-functional IT tasks. Manage unified issue lists and prioritize delivery.
• Guide Teams: Provide clear leadership, direction, and mentorship to project team members.

Vendor Management & Procurement

• Select Vendors: Lead third-party solution selection. Draft expressions of interest, evaluate proposals, and secure support agreements.
• Handle Procurement: Coordinate all IT procurement throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement

• Optimize Processes: Continuously refine project management methods to improve delivery efficiency.
