Our client within the Manufacturing industry is seeking The Technical Officer in the Support Services Dept is responsible for delivering integrated support across IT Systems, SAP operations, documentation control, and quality-related activities. The role ensures efficient IT operations while supporting compliance, structured documentation, and quality assurance process in line with ISO and organisational requirements.
Responsibilities:
IT & SAP Support
Provide IT support: Resolve daily hardware, software, network, and access permission issues.
Maintain systems: Install, configure, and update company applications.
Assist SAP users: Troubleshoot SAP transaction issues and assist with data extraction.
Quality, Compliance & Document Control
Control documentation: Maintain version control, accessibility, and help draft technical procedures.
Support QA & Audits: Assist with ISO 9001 compliance, track Quality KPIs, and maintain traceability records.
Maintain equipment: Coordinate and track the calibration of company equipment.
Solve problems: Assist with root-cause analysis, investigations, and continuous improvement.
