Solar Panel Installer

We are seeking a hands-on Solar Panel Installer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems on residential and commercial sites. This role contributes directly to sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and connect solar panels, inverters, and electrical components.
• Conduct site assessments and system testing.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair solar installations.
• Follow health, safety, and electrical regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/electrical experience preferred.
• Proven experience in solar installation or electrical/construction work.
• Comfortable working at heights and using hand/power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

• Solar installation certification (e.g., NABCEP)
• Experience with rooftop and ground-mounted systems
