IT Manager

What you'll be doing

• Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define requirements and deliver successful technology solutions.
• Organise workshops, project meetings, demonstrations, and progress reviews.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management.
• Coordinate and support the work of internal IT resources and external service providers.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, including sourcing quotations and coordinating implementation activities.
• Oversee issue management processes and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure, systems, and operational efficiency across the business.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting when required, working with third-party providers to resolve infrastructure, hardware, and software issues.

Requirements

• Experience managing IT projects and coordinating technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, business systems, and operational support environments.
• Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and business enablement.

Education and Experience

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT.
• Experience in leadership roles is highly desired.
