We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to join Sixteen Hospitality's team in Malta. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for deploying our restaurant management and point-of-sale technology at client sites, owning each project from initial configuration through to Go Live — and making sure every client has the confidence and know-how to operate it well.

This is a hybrid position, combining office work, on-site client visits and remote working flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own client implementation projects end-to-end
  • Configure and deploy our technology solutions fully, through to Go Live
  • Deliver hands-on training to client teams at their premises
  • Support clients through the early post-launch period to ensure a smooth transition
  • Hand over completed projects to the customer support team

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 months of experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Experience configuring or deploying software systems
  • Strong organisational skills with a natural ability to plan and manage project timelines
  • Results-driven — you are motivated to hit deadlines and see projects through to completion
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working directly with restaurant and hospitality teams
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset

This role is well suited to junior or mid-level candidates looking to build a career at the intersection of hospitality and technology.
