- Assist in the management of workshop operations, ensuring all equipment and tools are maintained and readily available.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management of materials and supplies.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues related to procurement.
- Support the workshop team in the preparation and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and supplier information to facilitate efficient operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in a workshop or procurement environment is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
