Driver & Fleet Officer

Job Purpose

To oversee company vehicles and support daily logistics operations. The role combines professional driving responsibilities with fleet coordination, vehicle upkeep, and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day logistics and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Fleet Management

• Carry out deliveries and transport duties as required across the Group

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain records for servicing and repairs

• Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or damages immediately

• Ensure company vehicles are clean, presentable and secure at all times

• Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic laws, and transport regulations

• Coordinate with management and external service providers regarding fleet maintenance and operational needs

Storekeeping & Operational Support

• Assist the Storekeeper with daily operational requirements

• Support loading and unloading of goods and materials

• Assist with stock movement, delivery coordination, and internal distribution

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of goods

• Maintain basic records related to deliveries and stock movement

Requirements

• Valid Category B driving licence mandatory

• Valid Category C driving licence mandatory

• Additional driving licence categories will be considered an asset

• Valid Maltese or EU driving licence mandatory

• Candidates must resign in Malta

• Previous experience in driving, logistics, fleet coordination, or storekeeping preferred

• Good organisational and communication skills

• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy

• Ability to handle physical loading and unloading duties when required
