The Job
As a Software Developer, you’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and product owners in an agile environment to deliver customer-centric features across multiple platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Developing user stories using tools and platforms such as Salesforce and .NET.
- Applying test-driven development (TDD) to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to refine and validate features.
- Supporting technical staff with knowledge transfer for first-line support.

- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, including AI tools and how they can be applied to software development
Job Requirements
- A minimum of an Advanced Diploma in a programming-related field.
- Experience with coding/scripting languages such as .NET, JavaScript, SQL.
- Experience with Salesforce will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and their application in development workflows will be considered an asset.
