Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Our client is a Malta-based multidisciplinary firm with a growing international presence, delivering projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and other global markets. The company manages a wide variety of construction, architecture, engineering, and design projects from concept to completion, all while maintaining high standards of quality, precision, and attention to detail. They would like to employ a Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

The Role

• The Chief Technology Officer is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the company technology strategy and digital transformation globally. 
• You will oversee enterprise-wide digital systems, BIM and construction technologies, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and data governance.
• You will also oversee CRM systems, and real-time reporting tools, while ensuring collaboration and operational efficiency across all business units and project teams.
• You will embrace the new AI era to create more efficiencies and cost savings within the company.
• Having BIM(Building Material Information) knowledge will be considered as a strong asset.

Requirements

• You will bring strong leadership experience in technology or digital transformation, alongside commercial awareness and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
