Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Track Loader with Loader Roller Driver experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the success of our projects.

- Operate track loaders safely and efficiently on various job sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Load, transport, and unload materials as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans and timelines effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment handling and safety procedures.

- Proven experience operating track loaders and other heavy machinery.
- Valid driver’s licence and relevant certifications for operating heavy equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing site requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks and operate machinery effectively.
