Senior Technician

Are you a hands-on technician with experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and client support? We are looking for a reliable and motivated professional to join our growing team.

Main Responsibilities

Aftersales: Maintenance & Service Delivery

• Carry out preventive maintenance visits and reactive call-outs
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor corrective works
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism on site
• Use materials responsibly and follow approved installation instructions
• Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition

Documentation & Client Service

• Complete service reports accurately and on time
• Obtain client sign-off for completed works where required
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding technical findings

Project Support (When Required)

• Support the Projects team during installations, testing, snagging, and corrective works
• Assist with site coordination to help avoid delays and maintain quality standards
• Provide practical input regarding site access, sequencing, and execution planning

Quoting & Estimating Support (When Required)

• Assist with technical input for service quotations and maintenance scopes
• Participate in site visits to validate scope and identify constraints
• Recommend suitable materials/equipment and identify potential execution risks

Requirements

Candidates must have any 2 of the following:

• MCAST Certificate
• Licence A
• Licence B
• F-Gas Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Valid driving licence

OR

Minimum 10+ years of experience in the same field
