Production Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Production Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping our production and bottling lines running smoothly, performing essential preventive maintenance, and resolving technical issues quickly to minimise downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine Inspections: Conduct regular maintenance and checks on production equipment, including bottling and blow-moulding machines, to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and quickly resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical breakdowns to minimise production stops.
• Preventive Maintenance: Carry out planned preventive tasks to prevent machine failures and improve overall factory efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to identify, prioritise, and address ongoing maintenance needs.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work complies strictly with industrial safety standards and company policies.
• Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of all maintenance work, repairs, and technical reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensing: Must be in possession of Electrical Licenses A and B.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Maintenance Technician or a similar industrial role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read technical diagrams and manuals easily.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent diagnostic skills, a practical mindset, and sharp attention to detail.
• Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work efficiently on your own initiative as well as part of the wider production team.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
