Pool/Beach Boys

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Pool/Beach Boys. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service to guests while maintaining a clean and inviting pool and beach area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests at the pool and beach areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor pool and beach activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to facility rules.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside and beach areas, including furniture and equipment.
- Provide guests with information regarding amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Set up and break down poolside and beach equipment, including chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the coordination of poolside and beach events and activities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Knowledge of pool and beach safety regulations is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
