HVAC Technician

One of our clients is looking for someone who will deliver comprehensive after-sales technical support for residential and commercial cooling systems. The successful candidate will handle everything from initial setup to ongoing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring optimal system performance and high customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Handle the mechanical assembly of products and manage the complete setup, configuration, and testing of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Conduct routine cleaning, precise adjustments, proactive risk assessments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of all service tasks while ensuring strict adherence to appliance regulations, company work instructions, and Occupational Health and Safety mandates.
• Resolve client inquiries directly on-site while maintaining high service standards aligned with customer expectations.
• Provide technical guidance, support, and practical on-the-job training to fellow team members.

Requirements:

• Proven background working within the HVAC or cooling systems sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and strong mechanical problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized individual with sharp attention to detail and the ability to work methodically under pressure.
