Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to perform general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Perform general carpentry and painting tasks
• Maintain and repair facility equipment
• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in general maintenance and repair
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Excellent problem-solving skills
