Construction Site Foreman

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman to oversee our construction projects and ensure they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency on site.

- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labour teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to senior management.
- Maintain quality control and address any potential hazards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.

- Proven experience working on construction sites in Malta.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands and timelines.
