Catering Kitchen Equipment Technician

We are currently looking for an experienced Catering Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of commercial catering equipment, including but not limited to:

• Commercial fridges & freezers
• Dishwashers & glasswashers
• Grills & fryers
• Ovens & cookers
• Preparation equipment
• Other catering kitchen appliances
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in the catering equipment industry
• Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be flexible and available to work any day of the week and at varying hours as required
• Must be available for emergency call-outs when needed
• Must have a valid driving licence preferred
• Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems is considered an asset
