Information Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and controls.
• Monitor and manage information security risks, incidents, and remediation activities.
• Support governance, compliance, audit, and third-party risk management processes.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to communicate security risks in a clear and practical manner.
• Contribute to ongoing security awareness and training programmes across the organisation.
• Support incident response activities and security-related investigations when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in information security, IT risk, governance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management principles.
• Experience with third-party/vendor risk management is considered important.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and support audit or incident response activities when needed.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of working across multiple business functions.

Education and Experience

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Security, IT, or Cybersecurity.
