Technical Business Analyst

Our client, operating in the IT industry, is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. This person will focus on capturing and translating business requirements to solutions, designing and delivering highly effective Workflow and Business Process-Driven solutions as well as supporting and operating customer solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to analyse and interpret client business and functional requirements, translating them into well-structured and documented solution designs that address client needs effectively.
• Support the preparation of project delivery estimates under the guidance of senior team members.
• Track assigned project deliverables to ensure timely execution within agreed deadlines.
• Assist senior team members in designing software solutions aligned with business and functional requirements using productivity platforms, third-party applications, and add-ons.
• Develop and implement solutions using approved productivity tools in accordance with the Company’s Development Framework.
• Support the configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of delivered solutions under senior supervision.
• Assist with data extraction, transformation, and presentation within the available platforms.
• Participate in validating implemented solutions by preparing and executing test cases and scenarios to ensure compliance with usability standards and client expectations.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with clients and prepare reports communicating the outcomes of these activities.
• Create training materials and provide end-user training on systems and solutions.
• Deliver client support and operate implemented solutions in line with agreed support contracts.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain and update customer documentation.
• Contribute to commercial initiatives in partnership with the commercial team.
• Continuously identify opportunities to leverage technology in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and security across IT operations.

Requirements

• Passionate about technology.
• Understand how to design business processes and data models, and support business automation and databases.
• Be detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing or any IT related subject.
• Previous experience working on SQL.
• up to 3 years of experience in an IT related field.
• IT industry certifications is considered as an asset.
